Also recorded at Shattered Wings, like Nine Minutes, Epic A is a good example of what we can do with a very simple short delay. I'm using a Boss DD3 while Norm is using a DD2. Both are set to 800ms, allowing us to eventually sync up. Norm gradually builds up the drum sound until it sounds like marching feet. I'm playing my acoustic through an Octavia and Fuzz, which causes it to explode and howl. In the outro, Norm has the jack out of the guitar but still held loosely into the socket, allowing him to solo with one hand and cut the sound in and out with the other.
